1998-07-05 Dallas, TX (Rodman show) (with DVD)

Dennis Rodman made unexpected appearance at this show jumping onto the stage from somewhere in a Texas hat, and he had become a part of the show until the very end, sitting on Jeff's stool, or moving around, or singing back vocals. For the last song Pearl Jam was joined by the Murder City Devils band, and while they played long Rodman was circling around hauling short Eddie by the arm like if he were a kid or a ball.

This is an audience very good multi-camera video of the entire show. Picture quality is average because of graining like if it was stretched from a lower resolution.

Set: Sometimes, Last Exit, Brain Of J, Hail Hail, Given To Fly, In Hiding, (Interstellar Overdrive) Corduroy, Go, MFC, Wishlist, Rearviewmirror, Pilate, Alive, Spin The Black Circle, Off He Goes, Even Flow, Daughter (Mother) (Monkey Gone To Heaven), Mankind, Do The Evolution, Jeremy, Immortality, Better Man, Sonic Reducer (with Murder City Devils)

1998-07-03 Bonner Springs, Kansas City, MO (with DVD)

Eddie used his palms as megaphone to modulate his voice during 'the shades go down' chant of "Daughter".

This is an audience single camera video of the show. DVD is by TWM. Picture quality is poor suffering from graining, as if the video was stretched from lower resolution source, camera is always jogging.

1998-06-30 Minneapolis, MN

"My Generation" was not a couple of notes - the band jammed with this The Who rocker about 3 minutes, and then Eddie reverted the "Porch" intro to "My Generation" theme. After the "Noise Of Carpet" tag on "Daughter" Ed had a good three minutes of nice vocal chanting to the tune of something like future 'Mother hear me' or like that.

This is good two-camera edited audience recording of the entire show, video stream stumbles a bit towards the end.

Set: Sometimes, Last Exit, Brain Of J, Hail Hail, Faithfull, Even Flow, Corduroy, I Got Id, Pilate, Daughter (Noise Of Carpet) (chanting), MFC, Lukin, Wishlist, Mankind, All Those Yesterdays, Black, Alive, Do The Evolution, Given To Fly, Leatherman, Better Man, Leaving Here, (My Generation) Porch

1998-06-14 Tibetan Freedom, Washington DC (with DVD)

Tibetan Freedm concert before the large crowd in Washington DC, day 2. Mike McCready was on fire and after the "Brain Of J." he threw his guitar away and, not letting his technician save it, picked it up and smashed at the floor. 'Don't forget this is non-violent concert,' - phlegmatically commented Eddie. After Pearl Jam's set unannounced and unexpected Red Hot Chili Peppers jumped on to the stage and using Pearl Jam's equipment played an amazing short set. After that the choir of Tibetan monks sang a sort of Tibetan native tune - it was the "Closing ceremony".

This is multi-camera audience video. DVD includes only Pearl Jam's set. Avi video is from different source, picture quality is good (even better than DVD as it seems). Though video stream is stumbling at some places, avi video includes Red Hot Chili Peppers' set and "Closing ceremony".

Pearl Jam's set: Corduroy, Hail Hail, Brain Of J, Even Flow, Given To Fly, Do The Evolution, Wishlist, Better Man;
Red Hot Chili Peppers' set (only in avi video): Give It Away, Under The Bridge, Power Of Equality;
Tibetan monks (only in avi video): Closing Ceremony.

2003-04-12 House Of Blues, Orlando, FL (with DVD)

Tickets to this long 3-encores club show were distributed via radio contest. Improv after "Deep" is long and song-like, played by the full band. "Blue Red Grey" is The Who song.

This is a professional video (looks like a broadcast). DVD is by DTS. To fit a single DVD it was shrunken to lower resolution, so the picture quality in full screen or on large wide tv is not fantastic. I've encoded wmv version to larger resolution instead of the original to minimize the graining effect while watching in full screen. If someone has got 720x480 multi-DVD, please, share.

Set: Can't Keep, Save You, Get Right, Even Flow, Faithfull, Habit, I Am Mine, Love Boat Captain, Green Disease, Sleight Of Hand, Thumbing My Way, 1/2 Full, Deep, Improv, Insignificance, Once, Alive, Spin The Black Circle, Go, Do The Evolution, You've Got To Hide Your Love Away, Blue Red Grey, Rearviewmirror, Glorified G, Crazy Mary, Know Your Rights, Fuckin' Up, Yellow Ledbetter

1996-09-29 Randall's Island, New York, NY 2 (with DVD)

Great 2-nd night show at Downing Stadium, NY. No rain, no mud - everything was fine, and enthusiastic raging crowd enjoed this very long performance which was stopped for a couple of times to calm people down. It's reported. that as the "Porch" jam was moving on, Ed wrapped his entire body with a sort of tape and then dived into the audience (unfortunately this very moment had not been recorded since the video tape went out). "Jeremy" was performed as (new) "No Jeremy".

This is an audience video of the entire show, except part of "Porch" jam missing due to tape change and the end of "Yellow Ledbetter" due to battery exhaustion (audio finished with blank screen). DVD video is split to 3 single-layer DVD discs.

Set: Sometimes, Go, Spin The Black Circle, Hail Hail, Animal, Tremor Christ, Who You Are, Corduroy, Lukin, Better Man, Not For You, No Jeremy, Once, Rats, Last Exit, Habit, Rearviewmirror, Immortality, Whipping, I Got Id, Black, Alive, Porch*, In My Tree, Even Flow, Daughter, Mankind, Long Road, Leaving Here, Off He Goes, Present Tense, Yellow Ledbetter**

1996-11-24 Cascais, Portugal 1 (with DVD)

This very intense Portuguese show was the very rare occasion where the audience could see some stage diving from Eddie Vedder after he gave up his early years wild on-stage habits. During "Porch" jam Ed jumped into the crowd and after some surfing returned with his shirt rent, like in old good times. At this show the band played "Portugal Portugal" improv for the first time.

This is an audience video, shot by Miguel Afonso, DVD is by Kobra Videos, audio is a bit too loud.

Set: Release, Last Exit, Animal, Hail Hail, Once, Dissident, In My Tree, Corduroy, Small Town, Whipping, Habit, Off He Goes, Even Flow, Daughter, Jeremy, Improv (Portugal Portugal), Present Tense, Black Red Yellow, Rearviewmirror, Alive, Smile, Black, State Of Love And Trust, Porch

1996-11-13 Forum, Milan, Italy (with DVD)

Mind blowing audience support (level with best Madison Square Garden or Spanish-Portuguese shows) and great set-list made this Italian concert rock. Ed sang a sort of improv 'I wish I'd never woke up this morning' as a tag for "Daughter".

This is good picture quality two-camera audience video.

2011-09-04 PJ20 Festival, Alpine Valley 2 (with HD, DVD, Blu-Ray)

This is an altogether new audience video, multi-camera edited, youtube based (only HD sources), audio stream is an audience bootleg, 29 songs of 33 included. This is my best and most complicated project so far, hope you like it.
Video is available in 4 variants, you may choose whatever suits you better:
1) 2Gb 848x480 WMV
2a) 4Gb HD 1280x720 h264 (compatible with 4Gb FAT32 limit)
2b) 6Gb HD 1280x720 WMV (highest picture quality variant)
3) 8GB 720x480 mpeg-2 DVD-DL
4) 22Gb HD 1280x720 mpeg-2 Blu-Ray
Best picture quality are HD variants 2b and 4. All variants had been encoded separately from one project, so it means that 2Gb variant is not compressed from Blu-Ray, but encoded from the same project as was the source for Blue-Ray.

As the weather improved from the first night, all things got lighter, the band and the guests got more relaxed and joyful. They played more rare songs for the delight of the audience. Eddie Vedder was so ecouraged that presented a new song, which he wrote in the morning that day. The song is still untitled and likely to stay "one-time-only" experience. Chris Cornell got his 4-songs set during encore 2. Reunited Temple Of The Dog band performed more songs from their catalogue, such as "Call Me A Dog" or "All Night Thing". Also Chris replayed "Reach Down", for he made some mistakes on the previous nigh and twanted to get it right. The entire show was full of jokes and good vibes, Ed was lavishly 'talkative'. The funniest moment was Eddie persuading Stone to play Stone's song "No Way". Stone was reluctant to play, but finally Stone yielded, with a shy smile on his face. Another moment of fun was again about Stone, showing up his hands like if they were the claws, about ups and downs of his long 25-years relationship with Jeff. Definitely it was an epic show!

Set: Wash, [The Fixer], [Severed Hand], All Night, Given To Fly, Pilate, Love Boat Captain, Habit (with Liam Finn), Even Flow, Daughter (It's Ok), [Leatherman], Red Mosquito (with Julian Casablancas), Satan's Bed, Small Town (with Dhani Harrison), Unthought Known, New World (with John Doe), Black, Jeremy, The New Untitled Song (Ed solo on acoustic guitar), Just Breathe, Nothingman, No Way, [Public Image], Smile (with Glen Hansard), Spin The Black Circle, Hunger Strike (with Chris Cornell), Call Me A Dog (Chris Cornell on lead vocals), All Night Thing (Chris Cornell on lead vocals), Reach Down (Chris Cornell on lead vocals), Sonic Reducer (with Mudhoney), Alive, Rockin' In The Free World (with guests, friends and family members), Yellow Ledbetter (Star-Spangled Banner)

1996-10-19 Bridge School Benefit 1 (with DVD)

A special night 1 at Bridge School. Pearl Jam played not only entirely acoustic set, but some songs  massively altered. My personal highlight is slow tempo "Corduroy" re-arranged in similar way and rate as "Lukin II" at 2010 MSG. The band was accompanied by an artist playing organ, much more skilled than Boom Gaspar nowdays, and he did really nice job flavouring all the songs.

This is a professional video of the entire show, picture quality is average, since the original source seems to never had been digital.

1996-10-01 Buffalo, NY

The show at Marine Midland Arena. During "Porch" jam a fan managed to sneak to the stage, and Eddie traded his shirt with him. After that the fan performed a spectacular dive into the audience, in Ed's shirt.

This is an audience single-camera video of the entire show, except "Animal" and the end of "Yellow Ledbetter".

1996-09-28 Randall's Island, New York, NY 1

It was the show before a relatively large NYC crowd of 30000. Despite rain pouring down, people were overheated, and Ed had to interrupt "Whipping" because of the fight in the audience. Greatest moment of this show was "Even Flow" jam with a big stout man called John Popper playing harmonica solo.

This is an audience video of the full show. Few gaps in video stream (mostly between the songs) are filled with still stopped picture or blank screen as the sound plays on, but beginnings of "Animal", "Rearviewmirror" and "Even Flow" are omitted. Sound in "Alive" is partly lost. This is what I have. If you have better video, just let me know!

Set: Last Exit, Hail Hail, Animal, Spin The Black Circle, Red Mosquito, In My Tree, Lukin, Not For You, Better Man, Corduroy, Jeremy, Dissident, State Of Love And Trust, Black, Habit, Rearviewmirror, Alive, Blood (Noise of Carpet), Who You Are, Even Flow, Daughter, Whipping, Leaving Here, Indifference

1996-09-22 Toledo, Ohio (with DVD)

This really good show took place in a small venue before very devoted crowd. Ed was in beautiful vocal shape, and closed the show with memorable almost a-capella "Indifference". For "I Got Id" he messed up lyrics and had to restart the song.

This is an audience video of the full show, with very good sound. Picture quality is average VHS copy, couple of gaps between the songs are missing.

Set: Sometimes, Hail Hail, Animal, In My Tree, Spin The Black Circle, Corduroy, Last Exit, Better Man, Lukin, Not For You, Jeremy, Even Flow, Mankind, Daughter, Habit, I Got Id, Alive, Blood, Go, Who You Are, Rearviewmirror, Leaving Here, Indifference

1996-09-21 Toronto, Canada (with DVD)

This show at Maple Leaf Gardens was full of snippets. After "Daughter" Ed sang tags for three The Who songs: Cut My Hair, The Real Me and Young Man Blues. With "I Got Id" Eddie played a teaser of Neil Young's "Cinnamon Girl" (and so he did in Toronto in 2006 and 2011).

These are 2 different audience videos of the full show: 1) avi variant good is multi-camera edited video with better sound, but video stream is not smooth, it looks as if it's 15 fps or something, although in reality it's 25 fps video; 2) DVD variant is smooth, but only a single-camera video. Picture quality for both variants is fairly the same and not good, though it's the common problem of 1996 recordings. Anyway you may try both variants and decide which one is better for you.

Set: Release, Hail Hail, Last Exit, Tremor Christ, In My Tree, Corduroy, Red Mosquito, Animal, Jeremy, Habit, Immortality, Even Flow, Not For You, Daughter (Cut My Hair) (The Real Me) (Young Man Blues), Lukin, Rearviewmirror, Alive, Blood, Who You Are, I Got Id, Leaving Here, Yellow Ledbetter

2012-07-05 Berlin, Germany 2 (with HD, DVD)

Second night in Berlin was the show about Mike McCready. He played a part of 'Eruption' solo before "Sad", and then he closed the show with a sort of 'Eruption' based "Yellow Ledbetter" solo. 'This is Miky Van Halen, mmm... Mike McCready right there!' - introduced him Ed. Another highlight was unexpected jam, when prior to "Corduroy" Ed faced some technical problems with his equipment. Other band members after short conversation played improvisational jam with some nice Mike's solo work. Never happened such an amazing live thing since many years, maybe since 90's when Pearl Jam often played live improv compositions. This jam was good, not short, and very smooth, so it could be considered as a piece of their rehearsal work for the new album. Why not?
Ed voice was getting better and better with each night, and Berlin-2 was not bad at all. Audience was very hot, restlessly crowd-surfing, so Ed two times for one show had to urge people in the pit to make steps back.

This is an audience video, youtube based (HD only sources), multi-camera edited (with Vegas Pro 11 as 720p), s-board audio (as for all 2012 shows), 3 songs missing, picture quality is average for couple of songs, good for the rest. Video is available as 720p HD, 480p and DVD-DL 480p. Best quality option is HD, as always.

Set: Oceans, Breakerfall, Animal, In Hiding, Small Town, (Jam), Corduroy, Amongst The Waves, Even Flow, (Eruption), Sad, Present Tense (with falstart), Down, Do The Evolution, Come Back, Go, Mother, Just Breathe, Nothingman, Better Man, Wasted Reprise, Life Wasted, Porch, Blood (War), Alive, Baba O'Riley, Yellow Ledbetter

2012-07-04 Berlin, Germany 1 (with HD, DVD)

In Berlin Ed's voice slightly improved in comparison to previous shows, though still was hoarse. Audience was very enthusiastic, performing a lot of crowd surfing. Near the end of "Jeremy" the gigantic banner 'We Keep On Rockin In The Free World With U' appeared on the right-side balcony, and Ed addressed it introducing Neil Young as a songwrighter for the band and saying that this was one of the biggest banners he had ever seen. Ray Cameron (Matt's son) joined the band on the stage taking Mike's guitar (Mike armed himself with tambourine instead), while Stone broke into his firing solo for "Rockin' In The Free World". Before "Even Flow" Mike's mother came onto the stage, and the audience sang 'Happy Birthday' very loudly to honor her.

This is an audience, youtube based (HD only), multi-camera edited video (with Vegas Pro 11 as 720p), s-board audio, 25 songs out of 28 included. Best picture quality option is HD video.

1993-11-30 Aladdin Theatre, Las Vegas, NV (with DVD)

At Aladdin Theatre in Las Vegas Pearl Jam continued to play songs from their upcoming album "Vitalogy". Now they presented "Tremor Christ". Yet it was not the only special thing to remember. Eddie appeared on the stage with Elvis' impersonator, an artist called Terry Presley, and together they performed the song "My Way" which was not included in official bootleg, but popped up on 1995 Christmas single. Pearl Jam finished their show at encore 1, but it was not over yet. After break Pearl Jam was replaced on the stage by temporarily reunited band of old - Green River: Stone and Jeff were both former members of it, and they were joined by Mark Arm and Steve Turner (Mudhoney) and Chuck Treece instead of original drummer Alex Vincent. They performed two songs and one of them ("Swallow My Pride") was also released on 1995 Christmas single.

This is an audience video of the full show, DVD is by AP, picture quality is quite average VHS origin, audio is exellent s-board. The song "My Way" included as bonus.

Set: Even Flow, Once, Deep, Jeremy, Dissident (Across The Universe), Daughter (Instant Karma), Go, Animal, State Of Love And Trust, Tremor Christ, Black, Blood, Alive, Rearviewmirror, Whipping, Leash (Tearing), Porch, Swallow My Pride (as Green River), Ain't Nothing To Do (as Green River)

1992-02-18 Sorpasso, Milan, Italy (with DVD)

A show at so tiny club that it seemed that the band and the audience altogether were crowded on one stage and everyone could slap any band member on a shoulder. Yet, during "Porch" jam Ed had found some room to climb up and dive back into the crowd and then surf. Singing "Breath" Eddie placed himself atop some of the equipment, squatted, for there seemed no space above to stand erect. Set-list was great. Before "Jeremy" the band performed long improv., faintly recalling something like "Dirty Frank" tune. Before "Leash" Eddie sang a small part of "Hunger Strike", and some people from the audience seemed like as if to know the words, it was amazing for the unknown band as it was that days.

This is an audience video of the full show, quality is poor. Someone asked me to share this show, so here you are. DVD is by LDB.
